Worry in excess presents us with distress. Generally speaking worry is good information. But when we worry with excess, and we don't take action towards nourishing, preserving, protecting and providing for better health.
Wanderer
The world is filled with information surrounding what is "healthy". It has gotten to the point that every food has an ability to an enemy, and every influencer is wanting to sell a body rather than a life. Sometimes we end up overwhelmed with information and it limits our action while we wander about, not knowing where to begin.
Warrior
Some people are fighters at heart...for better or for worse. Opposition exists in everything, and when you go to battle to create better health, you may do it with an aggression that isn't sustainable in the long run. Too much of a good thing can cause you to quit.
